If they are so simple you should have no trouble reading them. You are still the one giving me the hard time seeing as you could've just read it seeing as they are such simple spelling and grammar mistakes. I am denying to spell check my post, yes. I did read through it and they were so minor its not even worth it. And if you refuse to read it that's fine. Your not the one that has to anyway. Just causes less conflict. Your petty excuse gets you nowhere.
Ever since ive been on this server, Avuzul has been a trolling jerk to most people I see him interact with. He has been the aggressor towards me a few times in the past. I don't see him as a very friendly player. He tries to start drama between players (i.e. yesterday I commented positively on someones name and that person told me that Avuzul PM'd her telling her I was flirting. This resulted in the player pursuing me in an uncomfortable manner. I was able to handle the situation appropriately, however on a child friendly Mine craft server, I should not have to deal with issues like this. Avuzul has no respect for the young teens who play on this server. As seen by his snide and rude comments in Nightish's screen caps above.
In addition to witnessing his behavior, I too have a couple screen caps to add to this ban request. I have witnessed Avuzul admitting to building an illegal zombie mob farm. See screen cap. I do not know where his buildings are so I do not know where it is, and have not seen it.
Finally, During the last incident Avuzul was involved in. Avuzul was commanding that Bony__skullz remove his posts from the forum and Bony was saying that he doesn't have to. Avuzul continued to tell Bony to go read the rules, that " If someone asks you to remove your posts from HIS forum post, that the player has to do what is asked." [paraphrased]. This is of course Absurd. When bony__skullz and myself told avuzul to go re-read the rules himself he told me eloquently "fuck you". See screencap.
I dont like to see players verbally abused by a player who obviously thinks he is above the server rules just because he is known to be friends with the server admins/owner. I hope there can be a peaceful resolution to this whole ordeal. I think the biggest issue here is that Avuzul thinks he is untouchable. That the rules do not apply to him. This is not his server. These players do not deserve this treatment. This needs to stop. I personally have a long history of being an Admin on many servers. I would hate to see a permanent ban, But maybe a forced break of about a week long ban is in order here.
Avuzul needs to know that he is an adult [he is 1 year older then me, making him 28 years old] playing with teens on a minecraft server. He needs to set an example of Maturity and kindness towards other players, I have watched him for over 2 weeks now and he not only does not set a positive example, he goes out of his way to harass other players. Such as talking about nightish in PM's when he KNOWS nightish could see it. Avuzul intentionally creates drama on this server.
From just what I saw, I would call this bullying and disrespect. It looks to me like the problem is being avoided by Avu and he is just attacking Night and Unicorn. Saying somebody's "opinion doesn't matter" is very rude and untrue. He ignored reasonable requests to disrupt chat. Also, him stopping after Stryk told him to then picking it back up shows a blatant disrespect to both Night and Stryk. That entire chat log is riddled with pejoratives from both adamnew and Avu. Ex: moron, *an inappropriate word that begins with a b and is a synonym for female dog*, butthurt, kid (which isn't always an insult, but in this case it is used as such. He even proceeded to use it again after being asked not to use it in that manner), child (see "kid"), pampered child (this was adamnew), telling people to "grow skin" (also adamnew, but shows that they don't care about others' feelings.), also telling people to "grow a pair" (not only is that inappropriate (and also a tad sexist, but that's the nature of the term), but is also straight up rude and disregards people's feelings. Also adamnew), saying Night was abusing when he kicked avu for avoiding the mute (which is what I would do when somebody is using the site to avoid a mute), immature (adamnew), child (again), and that's it for JUST pejoratives (not other forms of disrespectful behavior).
I'm in full agreement with aslyder on his opinion of Avu. I have not seen positive behavior, which while isn't a requirement to play, I have seen negative behavior. Heck earlier that day he and adamnew were rude to aslyder after he shared a tidbit of information about himself, saying "to keep him to himself because they weren't gay", something along those lines. With these two, it has gotten to the point that I could call it trolling. They are unfairly targeting Night for whatever reason and trying to hurt him.
Also, might I add that they directly avoid the problem at hand and use personal attacks and insults with zero evidence of those being true. Instead of working to address what Night may or may not (I honestly think it was just an accident here and was corrected quickly) done wrong, they attacked Night. Even just now when Avu attacked Night's grammar instead of what Night actually said shows this to be true. Please people if there's an issue, act mature about it, chances are it was a huge misunderstanding.
Last thing, that enderfarm mentioned previously is legit. The only problem I see with it is that sometimes people can stand in a certain way to not get hit by the endermen. (I had always heard the rules for farms were 1. you can't benefit from afk and 2. the monsters must be able to attack you.) This can be fixed easily by moving the slabs further back and I would recommend it. *hint*hint*
I would also like to second Aslyder's and Guard's opinion on this matter. Ever since Avuzul has started playing again, he has been starting unnecessary drama with other players such as he did with Night in this post. From what I saw above, Avuzul was just straight up attacking Night and even after being told to stop by more than one staff member, he did not stop which is against the "Listen to other staff" rule. Maybe this situation wouldn't be this big if Avuzul had just stopped then, but avoiding a mute to continue to bully Night? That is unacceptable and just as Aslyder said, I believe that maybe Avuzul should take a break from this server to reflect on his actions and improve his behavior.
obviously though unlike you, i know what bullying is, you started with him, and tbh what job you do is just bad. so instead of asking your gf who will always side with you how about you look at the logs, ALL of them.

I also know what it means. I did no such thing to him.
I requested that all the logs be looked at as well.
Also my gf does not always side with me. She goes with what she thinks is best no matter what i think. She wont stand up for me just because she is dating me.

"he just called me gay..." first of all night ment it as in a bff this not boyfriend and girlfriend even so its not right to see gay as a bad thing even tho so many people are on and on about it and this talk about gay being bad efect other people and then the cicle continues....
