I find it funny that you cut ouit the part that actually started the whole inciddent and puts things in an entirly different light, against you , I might add. Bullying is bullying no matter how slight. You dont know how sensitive a person is. Its like 1 person could take 50 arrows to the back and live when another could take only 1 and die. Its the same situation here. 1 Person could take years of suffering while another person can only handle a month or week.

I was there when this happened and it made me very angry to read every sentace avuzul was saying, first of all avuzul was disrecspection night calling him names and after all that he said "im trying to have a civil conversation" civil convertation my butt, i saw that they where arguing trying not to butt in so they could fix it by them selfs but then of cores adamnew started butting in his bff and trying to defend him and then when i started defenting niight he just said that my opinion didnt count so aperently adamnew is some kind of vip and better then everyone els and same for avuzul? and then when i was befenting night again he just said that no one likes me only my stuffed animals, its imposible to reason with him if you have a diferent opinion. if a person like this is being so mean, agresive and disrespectfull when trying to have a argument with him people could get hurt by it, depending on how sensetive they are maybe even suicidal, that might be over exadurating but if you think about it its still posible, and its not the first time his name has been on the forums so i dont know why staff is letting all of this slide. They must reason with him, it doesnt hafto be ban but if he continues i dont see an other way if i gotta be honist with you...

Why it came out all wonky I don't know. But, as you can see from the majority that he skipped out which is what started all of it to begin with. I was asking a simple question if he was to ban himself for coming to my house. So, I ask how is that disrespect in the first place? Then I asked him if he had a fair system for a mob grinder and he stated "No" that he didn't. Then goes on to state the privacy of a property and/or land. And, continues to state that he had no idea where he was being tp'd to even though he later said he was in skype with the AwesomeUnicorn (shouldn't that have been one of the first things stated), which brings in the point of how can you not know who you were tp'ing to when only Unicorn, Adam, and Myself were the only people online and we're talking about my pets. And, after stating that i was bullying him and disrespecting him which at first I wasn't nor was it in the screen shots he posted. So, my asking questions is disrespecting him somehow and also bullying him too while in the process. And, yes I did say a swear word in the Dynamaps because I didn't know I was still on that chat I had teamspeak, skype, and curse all open with the Dynamaps window open and it typed it there instead of to my friends on Curse. But, later on after everything had happened I just went along with it and agreed. After he warned me for being disrespectful for asking him said question and then being muted for continuing to ask said question. While the entire time talking to Adam about the conversation. So, yes I went back on the Dynamap to repeat asking him why he hates me so much and persist on asking the first question again, while also getting agitated for him crying disrespect and bullying for asking a mere question. So, if anything I'd like to ask that you demote him, because before this entire incident I've not been warned once for anything and since I've been back he's the only and I mean THE ONLY ONE who's warned me for anything. For misusing Social Spy twice with a warning and a mute, another for Eliiander telling me about him using /invsee on me for no reason, and again for me only disrespecting him again. Which at that moment was again me asking him a question yet again. And, if the staff cannot handle being asked a question without it offending them then I don't see how they'll be any good as a staff member period. And, I've apologized to this kid many of times and now I just can't anymore. If I have to again I feel it won't mean anything since we've apologized so many times and then history repeats itself once more again. And this is to long for me to keep track of reading, but if anything else comes to mind I'll add another post to tag more onto it.

And i didn't say it was not a fair system enderman farm because it is. It is 100% fair. It is not possible to get anything from going afk there.
And i didn't ask the person where they were when i tped i simply asked if i could tp and they said yes i left as soon as i saw you. There would be no reason for me to ban myself since you didn't ask me not to be there. You are not allowed to be at a place where you are asked not to come. I joined after you stated you were talking about your pet so how could i know where she was?
You were constantly bullying me in the screen shots. I don't know how you say that it is not bullying. Staff keep this server up and we try are best we don't do this to get bullied by people like you. And you not allowed to swear at all just because it bleeps it out doesn't mean its not a swear. I didn't mute you for asking a question i muted you for disrupting chat and making players feel uncomfortable after i requested you private message me instead of disrupting public chat. Also muted you for bullying and disrespect to staff and swearing in dynami map chat avoiding the filter. A mute is a mute no matter the circumstance you are not allowed to avoid the mute. you were muted for fair reasons and it should stay that way.
I don't hate you. I say Wb (Welcome Back ) every time or most times you join you just told me never to talk to you again so i don't talk to you. And the only reason i give you warnings and such because you are so rude and disrespectful to players and staff. I am not crying disrespect i am stating you are doing it which is breaking a rule and you were being very rude and mean which is bullying. And i warn you because you deserve them. The one i did for private messages was wrong i realize that and i am sorry. But the one for the client to see admin commands was valid. Admins aren't supposed to tell players commands mods are doing at all ever and i asked Eli if she told you the command i was doing and she left so i had to go with the only thing possible that you were using a client and you said "I saw you do that" "I" not "Eli saw you do that and told me" So you were lying how am i supposed to know.
You weren't asking a simple question you were bullying me i stated something and you used hurtful words to well hurt me. You apologized to me once because you were asked to (I believe you were asked to at least) And i apologized back for the social spy warning that i should not have done. I try my best to be the best staff i can be. Everyone slips up sometimes but nobody is perfect. I did nothing wrong here.
